Program Manager-Northern Aroostook County
Living Innovations is committed to being Maine's preferred provider of Shared Living, Community Support, In-Home Support, and other services. We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Program Manager to oversee Maine home and community-based waiver services in Northern Aroostook County. This role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that promote independence, choice, and inclusion within the community. The Program Manager is also responsible for fostering cultural alignment in their assigned areas of responsibility while supporting a team of service coordinators and providers. Supervisory experience, excellent organizational skills, and a track record of leadership are preferred. Remote flexibility after an initial training period.
This position will split time between our Houlton and Caribou offices
Responsibilities
Oversee the individual intake process and caseload allocation.
Supervise and support service coordinators, ensuring quality care and support for individuals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, caregivers, and community partners.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Manage budgets and resources effectively.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelors degree (preferred).
Five years of experience in this or related position in a social service or healthcare setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid state issued drivers license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration.
Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies.
