As Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for daily operations, oversight and performance of the youth residential programs for which you lead. A typical day as a Program Supervisor will include prioritizing tasks for the youth care specialists you lead, proactively communicating and removing obstacles so your team can provide the best care for the youth in their programs. You will serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring 100% compliance for the programs you lead. This position may require travel to various residential facilities within the Knoxville area.
