ARIVA Homes is looking for a creative, motivated, and social-media-savvy individual to join our team as a Social Media & Content Creator . This role will focus on creating engaging content, growing our online presence, and helping showcase our homes, communities, and company culture across multiple platforms.If you enjoy content creation, marketing, photography/video, and staying on top of social media trends, we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTubeVisit communities and model homes to capture contentAssist with planning and executing social media campaigns and marketing initiativesWrite captions, post content, and help maintain a consistent brand voiceEdit short-form videos, reels, and promotional contentMonitor engagement and respond to messages/comments when neededCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote events, inventory homes, and company announcementsStay updated on social media trends and suggest new content ideasHelp maintain content calendars and posting schedulesSupport branding and marketing efforts across digital platformsQualifications Experience with social media platforms and content creationComfortable taking photos and filming video contentBasic experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing tools preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsCreative mindset with attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetExperience in marketing, social media, photography, or real estate is a plusRequirements High School Diploma or GED requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to travel locally to communities and events as neededFlexible schedule for occasional weekend or evening content/eventsWhy Join ARIVA Homes?
