Customer Experience Advocate – Remote Healthcare SupportWe are hiring Customer Experience Advocates to support a growing healthcare patient support team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams while working in a fast-paced call center environment.This role is focused on inbound calls, assisting with benefit verification, savings program support, specialty pharmacy triage, shipment setup, documentation, and general customer inquiries.
