2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

This is a 2nd Shift position 1:00-9:30 PMDuties & ResponsibilitiesMinimum 3 years electrical experience in Industrial manufacturingCarry out daily instructions and assignments given by Team Leader or SupervisorMaintain equipment through preventative maintenance activityImprove equipment by carrying out corrective maintenance activityTroubleshoot and repair equipment using test equipment and/or software provided, and apply knowledge of troubleshootingWork safely - following all safety instructions and standardsCommunicate all daily activityInform and update work statusSubmit all paperwork at end of shiftSkills & AbilitiesThis position is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Candidates must have the following trouble shooting skills:Ability to troubleshoot using laptop to PLCAbility to troubleshoot down to the board levelAbility to program a PLCPossess a good understanding of ladder logicHave experience with Omron, Mitsubishi, PLC and touch screensHave working knowledge of solid state control, power distribution systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and power transmissionPerform preventive maintenance on industrial production and facility equipment.Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning industrial production equipmentPerform upgrades to equipment that supports improvements to safety, quality and on-time deliveryAbility to read and utilize electrical and mechanical schematics and blueprints.Candidates must be able to operate basic shop tools and equipment. Experience with robotics and digital servo drives is a plus.QualificationsElectrical Maintenance: 3 yearsHigh School diploma or equivalent is requiredRelated work experience is requiredBasic computer skillsCandidates applying for positions with Aisin must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
