We are hiring for full-time schedules - must be willing to work a set schedule. No on call positions available.Current NeedsFull time Monday through Friday (between the hours of 8 AM - 6 PM)Weekends - Saturday and SundayCaregivers with experience in Hoyer's, Dementia, and mental health.Caregivers willing and able to drive clients in their vehicle!Caregivers comfortable with pets in home!$20-$21 per hourWhy Family Resource Home Care?Flexible Scheduling. We proudly recognize our caregivers through weekly emails and monthly newsletters.Caregiver Job DutiesOur caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)Cooking and/or serving mealsHelping clients bathe, dress, and groomProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesDriving clients (as needed) to the store or appointmentsMonitoring and reporting on their conditionAdditional InformationOur hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!Oregon only – If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!Requirements18 years+Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app.Ability to pass a state and national background checkValid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving recordAble to transport clients in your own vehicle - millage is paidAbility to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as neededBilingual a plusFamily Resource Home Care is an equal opportunity employer.
