You'll work with financially distressed consumers in both Spanish and English, helping them identify real solutions to regain control of their financial situation.This isn't traditional collections. Our AI agents handle the majority of consumer interactions. You'll handle escalated cases-the ones that require human expertise, emotional intelligence, or regulatory compliance.
