Global KOL Business Development Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of Pionex and Pionex Pay. By bridging the gap between crypto trading/yield generation and seamless fiat spending, you will acquire and scale high-value partnerships. If you have a proven track record in the CFD/Forex, FinTech, or Web3 space and possess a strong network of financial influencers, this is your stage to shine.What You'll Do (Responsibilities):Scale the Network: Expand, negotiate, and manage a high-performing network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, Financial KOLs, and Payment Channel Partners to drive user acquisition and platform transaction volume.Execute Regional Strategies: Lead localized go-to-market initiatives specifically tailored for the LATAM (Spanish-speaking) or DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) markets.Pitch & Close Partners: Identify and convert top-tier traditional finance/fintech influencers, crypto creators, and community leaders across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, X, Telegram, and regional investment forums.Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous competitive analysis (monitoring traditional Payment, CFD/Forex brokerages, and Web3 trends) and channel partner feedback to help refine our product offerings and user experience.Who You Are (Requirements):Industry Experience: 1-3+ years of proven BD, Sales, or Affiliate Management experience in Fintech, Payment Gateways, CFD/Forex brokerages, or Web3/Cryptocurrency platforms.Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the user pain points, financial culture, and payment ecosystems in either the LATAM or DACH regions.Language Proficiency: Business proficiency in English is required. Native or professional fluency in Spanish or German is must.
