HIRING: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (HYBRID)Normal, IllinoisOur client is a growing healthcare company located in Bloomington, IL. They are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join their team. The LCSW will work with individuals and families to provide clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and counseling services for a range of mental health and behavioral issues. The LCSW will also work with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for their clients. Job requirements:● Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools and adhering to ethical standards.● Strong clinical assessment and diagnosis skills● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' needs-- utilizing various therapeutic strategies and interventions.● Provide individual, group, and family therapy to address mental health and behavioral issues.● Provide immediate support and intervention to clients experiencing crises or emergencies.● Coordinate and manage clients' care, including connecting them with necessary resources and services.● Works with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.● Advocate for clients' rights and needs.● Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.● Familiarity with local and regional resources for mental health and substance abuse treatment. Qualifications/ Experience● Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited program● Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois● 3+ years of experience in clinical social work
