Floor Manager Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Track & Execute Calls: Complete and track a minimum of 60 calls per day using the CRM or designated call-tracking system
Lead Response: Respond to incoming leads quickly, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments
Appointment Goals: Ensure at least 10 confirmed appointments daily are scheduled and logged
Confirmation & Follow-Up: Confirm all daily appointments and re-engage with customers to reduce no-shows
CarGurus Outreach: Contact CarGurus customers who want to sell their car and schedule appointments for them to bring their vehicle in
Signal List Outreach: Create new appointments by reaching out to customers in the signal list and those within 1 year of their contract ending
Call Review Oversight: Monitor call reviews for quality and compliance, providing feedback and follow-up where needed
Customer Re-Engagement: Reach out to prior customers and lost opportunities to generate additional appointments
Team Collaboration: Work with the sales team to increase appointment volume and support dealership goals

Qualifications & Skills
Automotive sales, or appointment-setting experience preferred
Strong phone communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage, track, and report on daily performance
Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
Telephone & documentation skills
Administrative writing and reporting skills
