Bus Monitor Needed-Afternoon Run

BUS MONITORRSU 24 is urgently seeking candidates to fill a bus monitor position. Successful candidates will be responsible for assisting our bus drivers with the safe transportation of RSU 24 students on afternoon bus runs-2-3 hours per day depending upon the route. Duties will include providing support to students, monitoring conduct, and assisting with discipline, while providing an enjoyable environment for students. The ideal candidates will be flexible, dependable, responsible, patient, and will have a calm demeanor. Must be physically able to assist students on the bus and off the bus in emergency situations, have the ability to lift a wheelchair in and out of the bus in certain situations, and to move quickly when necessary.
