Construction Quality Program Director

Construction Material Testing seeks a highly experienced Quality Manager III to direct the sitewide quality management system across a major program or multiple projects. You will own the audit program, the owner relationship on quality, and the development of QC staff to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, NQA-1, and DOT QA frameworks. You will manage Quality Managers and inspectors, coordinate audits, and report metrics to program leadership monthly.
