Talent Acquisition Specialist TheFace HR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts for our client partners. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple industries. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, efficient hiring experience.Key Responsibilities:Source and screen candidates for client rolesConduct initial phone/video interviewsManage candidate pipelines in ATS (Zoho Recruit)Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clientsMaintain accurate candidate notes and status updatesCommunicate professionally with candidates and stakeholdersRequirements:1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experienceExperience using an ATS (Zoho Recruit preferred)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple roles and deadlinesComfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environmentNice to Have:Experience recruiting for HR, operations, or professional rolesContract or agency recruiting experienceBenefits:Hourly, non-exempt role. $21.00-$32.00 per hour, based on experienceFlexible, remote work environmentOpportunity to support a growing HR consulting firmExposure to multiple clients and industriesPotential for ongoing contract work based on performanceTheFace HR recruits on behalf of client organizations.
