Job Title: HR Recruiter II / Talent Acquisition ConsultantClient: Food Manufacturing Location: Albert Lea, MN (Onsite | Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM)Job Summary:We are seeking an HR Recruiter II to manage full-cycle recruiting for Cargill’s Protein North America division. This role requires a strategic and consultative approach to sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent while ensuring compliance and delivering a strong candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting (intake, sourcing, screening, offer, onboarding) Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy and workforce planning Utilize market intelligence and data to drive sourcing decisions Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring processes Maintain candidate pipeline and provide regular status updates Required Qualifications:3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with sourcing tools and ATS systems (Any ATS is fine) Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Preferred:Experience in manufacturing or production hiring Strong data/metrics-driven recruiting approach
