Senior Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion. ResponsibilitiesAssist with on-site management to ensure project successEnsure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlinesResponsible for communicating jobs progress at weekly meetingsResponsible for project change orders due to conflicts/unforeseen situationProject scheduling from start to finish, includes scheduling sub contractors when neededCommunicating with Supervisors/Foreman's for each project and gathering informationCommunicating with Project Managers on a daily for projectsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Management or equivalent experience10 years' of experience as a project engineer in wet utilities (Water, Sewer, Storm Drain)Strong experience in excel, Bluebeam, Microsoft, project schedulingMust have knowledge with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards in Wet Utilities( Water, Sewer, Storm DrainSalary120,000 to 150,000 per year with benefits
