Position Type: Certified Teacher/MTSS Teacher Date Posted: 5/18/2026 Location: District/Corporation Date Available: 08/03/2026 For the 2026-2027 School Year Title: MTSS Teacher - District Location: District Start Date: August 3, 2026 Details: An MTSS Teacher works collaboratively with the School Psychology team to support general education students through intervention planning, progress monitoring, and data-based decision making. They partner with building teams to develop and monitor systems of intervention, analyze student data at both the individual and district level, and help ensure students receive timely and appropriate academic and behavioral supports. Under the supervision of a licensed School Psychologist, MTSS Teachers also assist with systematic classroom observations, assessment coordination and delivery within scope, parent communication, and report development related to the identification of students with disabilities. This is a 184-day school year calendar certified position. This position is for the 2026-27 school year. Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), intervention processes, and progress monitoringAbility to analyze academic and behavioral data to support data-based decision makingKnowledge of special education referral, evaluation, and eligibility processesStrong collaboration and consultation skills when working with teachers, administrators, families, and support staffEffective written and verbal communication skills, including within report writing and parent communicationAbility to organize, coordinate, and manage multiple tasks and timelines across buildings or student teamsExperience supporting students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs in a school setting Licensing: Valid Indiana Teaching License Questions?
