Sr. Associate Brand Manager (Quest)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Associate Brand Manager to elevate our brand presence and support the strategic growth of our Quest Brand. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and analysis of various business initiatives, including owning a subline within the Quest portfolio. This person will also play a critical role helping the team understand the health of the business and opportunities for continued growth. The Sr. Associate Brand Manager will gain broad exposure to all functional activities on the Quest business, partnering with Consumer Insights, Supply Chain, Research & Development, and Finance. In addition, this role has significant exposure to our Executive leadership team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Own subline within the Quest portfolio, including daily management of the business and championing growth opportunities• Utilize consumption/panel & shipment data, sales performance, and financial analysis to understand key business metrics, including opportunities and risks; report and present recommendations to stakeholders• Assist in the development and execution of brand strategic plan by providing appropriate category/consumer/competitive insights and analysis and by managing key issues and projects in support of the business objectives• Proactively leverage data to identify areas to analyze deeper; partner with IRI, Numerator, and Consumer Insights to answer these business questions• Lead development of new flavors, pack sizes, and more for our base business from idea to launch (i.e., product feasibility validation, packaging development and sales execution); present and align Executive team through Stage Gate process• Support development of 360 marketing campaigns in partnership with internal teams (Creative, Digital Acceleration, Influencer Marketing) as well as external agency partners• Support execution of shopper and consumer marketing campaigns / activities, including ROI analysis, as needed• Conduct special projects, analysis, and trackers, as required• Participate / Lead special projects and assignments, as required• Participate in all other miscellaneous SMPL and departmental tasks, as required• Attend departmental/cross-functional meetingsKNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills to interact with Executives and team leads at all levels• Strong analytical background: ability to leverage multiple data sources to craft concise and compelling narratives; must love data and storytelling• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)• Intellectual curiosity and learning agility; aspire to learn and grow in the organization and demonstrate strategic thinking• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that requires a solution-oriented mindset and juggling multiple projects.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:• Bachelor's Degree, required• Minimum 4 years progressive professional experience in Marketing within Brand Marketing and/or Product Innovation required, highly preferred at a CPG company• Syndicated data experience, such as IRI and/or Nielsen, required (IRI, highly preferred)• Experience leading project timelines and cross-functional teams• Experience leading innovation from concept to launch• Strong analytical background - leveraging multiple data sources to craft concise and compelling narratives• Experience leading cross-functional team** Work is performed in a fast-paced office environment and may be stressful at times. In this spirit, we are excited to share the available compensation for this role, which includes a base salary range and an annual short-term incentive.We provide the base salary range, exclusive of benefits or additional incentives (highlighted here). Additionally, this position is eligible for a 10% annual short-term incentive. If you are hired at Simply Goods Foods, your final base salary compensation will be determined based upon such factors as: geographic locations, skills, training, education and/or experience. Please keep in mind that hiring at the compensation range maximum would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.LA salary range is: $96,000 – $120,000* This salary range is CA, office based employees and is reflective of our commitment to equitable compensation practices.We provide a comprehensive total rewards package featuring competitive compensation alongside top-tier health and wellness options.
