Job Title: Project Controls ManagerLocation: Philadelphia, PA Duration: 12 MonthsCore Responsibilities:Manage facility operations, maintenance, and work orders (CMMS/QFM)Lead union workforce (10–15 staff) including Foremen & Building OperatorsOversee scheduling, tracking, and execution of maintenance activitiesEnsure compliance (safety, regulatory, union agreements)Handle emergency response, reporting, and incident managementManage inventory, contractors, and procurementKey Requirements:Strong experience in facility/project controls managementHands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing systemsExperience with CMMS systems (Maximo/QFM or similar)Proven team leadership in union environmentsStrong operations, compliance, and safety management backgroundPreferred:Experience in large facilities (hospitals, transit, commercial buildings)Certifications: PMP OR FMP OR LEEDSoft Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder managementProblem-solving and ability to manage fast-paced operations
