Angry Avocado Shift Supervisor

Overview: Angry Avocado is a new, fun, quick-service restaurant with Mexican menu offerings. Shift Supervisors assist in managing restaurant staff and operations to ensure an excellent guest experience. ‎ : Angry Avocado Shift Supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Assist with the management of restaurant staff and operations Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all associates and guests; exceed the local requirements for inspections Present on the floor during all meal periods to ensure adequate coverage and exceptional service is provided Recognize and/or reward exceptional associate performance as well as coach opportunities Train staff to follow restaurant procedures and policies Address any guest issues or concerns Complete end of day cash drops and daily reports Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed Track of employees schedules and performance, reporting any concerns to management Manage and monitor the service levels at the restaurant Ensure that the restaurant adheres to the proper standards for opening and closing Other job duties as assigned ‎ : What are we looking for? Food Handler Certification TIPS Certification A minimum of 1 year of food & beverage supervisory experience Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and stand for long periods of time Passion for providing exceptional service to guests and team members Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, coworkers, and supervisors Proficiency with computers and general office PC applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheets, databases) Must possess solid decision-making skills Teamwork and collaboration Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail What can you look forward to?
