Psychiatrist - MD or DO - Part Time

Primary Responsibilities Provide direct clinical services to patients in the form of psychosocial assessments, individual, family, and group treatment Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management Collaborate as a member of a multidisciplinary integrated team for the development and delivery of treatment plans Foster excellent provider‑patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers Represent the practice in community presentations and lectures Participate in enriching the training experience of our graduate students Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date electronic records (Athena) and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Qualifications Clear and active Psychiatrist License (MD/DO) in state of practice Board‑eligible or Board‑certified in state of practice Current Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of Behavioral Health experience in an outpatient clinical setting Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation (Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS or other EHRs) Expertise in treating children, adolescents, and families Knowledge of TMS, Magventure chair, and Spravato (if applicable) Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role is $214,000 to $382,000 annually based on full‑time employment. Salary is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus varies based upon experience and metric achievement.
