This hands-on leadership role includes overseeing daily tasks, washing vehicles, managing team performance, ensuring quality standards, handling client relationships, and optimizing workflow. The role also includes scheduling, training, and supervising the hourly team to ensure smooth, efficient operations.What You’ll Be Responsible ForOversee daily operations and staffing at assigned locationsEnsure site cleanliness, safety, and facility upkeep including washing of vehiclesDeliver exceptional client service and manage escalationsTrain, coach, and hold team members accountableConduct site audits, track performance, and enforce company standardsMaintain compliance with budgets, procedures, and safety programsPartner with leadership and HR for hiring, onboarding, and corrective actions Handle incident reports, claims, and customer concernsStep in to support team duties as neededWhat We’re Looking For1-2 years of operations and leadership experienceProficiency in Google or Microsoft Office toolsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule and be active on your feetExperience with budgets and performance trackingBonus Experience in automotive, parking, or car wash industriesBonus Bachelor’s degree in business or related fieldRequirementsRequired availability Monday - Friday 7am- 4pm.Although rare, must have the ability to assist on an on-call basis in case of location emergencies or major issues resulting in client dissatisfaction.Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work. Must be at least 18 years oldMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureAll candidates must complete a background and motor vehicle record check after a conditional offer has been madeMust have a valid driver's license with no significant infractionsNo drug or alcohol-related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)Compensation $50,000 base salary, paid weekly!
