Bilingual Membership Specialist, Rosetta Stone (Spanish)
IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an upbeat, focused, and detailed individual to join the Membership Sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with customers and responding to incoming inquiries. In this role, you will use your bilingual skills in English and Spanish to provide customer support to our Rosetta Stone and IXL users. This person must be well-organized and extremely personable. The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday in the office with the option to work from home one day per week.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGProvide exceptional service and support to prospective customers, both in English and SpanishProcess customer credit card payments as well as refunds and cancellation requestsRespond to billing questions and concerns.Perform tasks related to sales support such as answering inbound sales and product questions, providing pricing information, and logging customer communication in SalesforceEffectively communicate key product features and benefits to customers via phone and emailInitiate customer transfers to technical or customer support staffComplete related projects successfully and promptlyWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBachelor’s Degree Bilingual in English and Spanish, both verbal and written2+ years of call center-style phone support or other customer service experience Energetic, positive, mature person who works well independently and as part of a teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented and exceptionally organizedExceptional critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skillsExperience using online tools in a professional setting (Ex. Salesforce, G-Suite, or other internal tools)Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base hourly rate for this full-time position is $24 - $29 per hour + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay ranges for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
