CYBER SECURITY MANAGER

OverviewElite Corporate Solutions is currently recruiting an experienced Cyber Security Manager on behalf of a leading U.S.-based manufacturer located in Pompano Beach, FL. This role plays a vital part in maintaining and optimizing IT systems to support day-to-day operations. We're looking for a proactive and skilled professional ready to join a stable and growth-oriented environment.What You'll DoResponsible for overseeing and enhancing the company's cybersecurity posture.Day-to-day tasks include managing application security, network security, and information security, conducting vulnerability assessments, and implementing security protocols.Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity standards and best practices to achieve and maintain Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance.Oversee the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Assessment and Authorization processes under the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) for classified systems.The manager will also be tasked with leading cybersecurity awareness programs, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Provide strategic guidance to IT projects and initiatives to embed appropriate security controls into new solutionsConduct regular security audits and monitoring to detect threats, including potential insider threat indicators.What We're Looking ForProficiency in Application Security, Cybersecurity, Network Security, and Information SecurityExperience in conducting Vulnerability AssessmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and lead a cybersecurity teamBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience with security compliance standards and frameworksU.S. citizenship or permanent residency required (per ITAR regulations).Bonus SkillsCertifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plusAdditional RequirementsMust be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident in compliance with ITAR regulations.10% travelThis is an on-site position located in Pompano Beach, FL.J-18808-Ljbffr
