As part of this growing organization, you’ll work on cutting‑edge wireless technologies and help ensure products meet regulatory requirements across global markets.About the Role:As a Regulatory Compliance Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor in ensuring wireless and switching technologies meet domestic and international regulatory standards. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and external certification bodies to support regulatory strategy, certification readiness, and on‑time product launches. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail‑oriented environment and enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, compliance, and regulatory strategy.What You’ll Do:Interpret and apply wireless regulatory requirements, including FCC and applicable global standardsDevelop and execute compliance strategies for wireless technologies such as Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, cellular, NFC, UWB, and related platformsDefine certification roadmaps aligned with product development and launch timelinesIdentify applicable regulatory standards and required testing for target marketsCoordinate safety and compliance testing in partnership with RAN and Core engineering teamsReview and approve test plans and test reports to ensure accuracy and complianceSupport pre‑scan testing and troubleshoot compliance issuesPrepare and submit regulatory filings, including FCC applications, CE Declarations of Conformity, and other required certificationsManage and maintain compliance documentation (test reports, schematics, block diagrams, labeling, and technical exhibits)Serve as the primary regulatory point of contact for internal teams and external partnersProvide regulatory guidance during product design reviews and engineering changesTrain internal teams on certification, labeling, and regulatory requirementsEngage with certification agencies, consultants, and regulatory bodiesMonitor changes in global wireless regulations and assess business impactSupport audits, renewals, and change management activitiesWhy This Role Matters:This position offers hands‑on exposure to next‑generation telecommunications technologies and provides a strong path toward senior engineering, regulatory leadership, or advanced technical operations roles.What You Bring:You’re driven, detail‑oriented, and passionate about technology and compliance. You take pride in delivering accurate work and enjoy collaborating across teams.Required:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field5–8+ years of experience in wireless regulatory complianceStrong knowledge of wireless technologies, VoIP fundamentals, and EMC principlesExperience with FCC regulations, certification processes, and regulatory submissionsStrong analytical, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration skillsPreferred:Experience supporting multi‑region or global compliance programsDirect experience working with certification bodies or regulatory agenciesExposure to switching platforms, RAN, or Core network environments
