This senior leadership role is pivotal in defining the standards for delivering, trusting, and scaling insights in an AI-native environment. The successful candidate will not only be responsible for building and leading the Insights Strategy function but will also play a key role in shaping how research influences product direction, executive decision-making, and long-term customer value. The Head of Research and Methodologies will be at the forefront of establishing best practices for insight delivery, and executive-level storytelling, and will be the senior research voice in partnership with product, AI, and engineering teams.The ideal candidate will have a background that spans research, insights, strategy, consulting, or analytics-driven roles, with a proven track record in early-stage or high-growth environments. They should possess deep, hands-on knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research, and be comfortable advising enterprise clients with a commercial mindset. The role requires a highly operational, systems-oriented, and quality-driven individual who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership of their work. Responsibilities also include translating customer patterns into product and positioning strategy, and evolving the synthesis, packaging, and communication of insights, with a focus on experimenting with AI-enabled workflows to enhance the speed and effectiveness of insight delivery.Travel Percent Less than 10%FunctionsData Management/Analytics Product Management
