Today, BNE operates just under 350 Hardee's restaurants and is the chain's largest privately held franchisee.Description Shift Leaders are held accountable:To operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager or Manager. Assist in achieving sales growth through maintaining the highest standards in quality, service, and cleanliness with constant focus on profitability.Job Functions:Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.Train and develop crew under the direction of management, AND LOTS MORE!!Additional RequirementsEligibility requirements are to be at least 18 years of age, available to work all shifts and weekends.References, Background, Drug Test, VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.Reliable Transportation Shift Management Experience requiredMust be 18 years of age due to Department of Labor regulationsAvailable to work all shifts and weekendsComplete 90 day probationary periodMust adhere to drug test, reference check, and criminal background for pre-employment purposes Required qualifications:Legally authorized to work in the United States18 years or olderPreferred qualifications:Valid driver's licenseBackground checkMotor Vehicle Report (MVR) Review
