The Residential Aide plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured environment while assisting clients with daily living activities and emotional support.This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, especially those experiencing mental health challenges or housing instability.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct care and supervision to residents in a residential settingEnsure the safety and well-being of all guests at all timesMonitor client behavior and report concerns to supervisory staffComplete required documentation, incident reports, and shift notesSupport crisis de-escalation using trauma-informed approachesMaintain a clean, structured, and supportive living environment including regular deep cleaning, and doing laundry.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredExperience working in residential, behavioral health, or social services preferredAbility to remain calm and professional in crisis situationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMust be dependable, compassionate, and team-orientedAbility to pass background checks and required screeningsCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
