Distribution Associate
DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYEmployees working in Distribution/Fulfillment will be responsible for all aspects of work within a distribution center, to include, but not be limited to: packing of hats, labeling boxes, picking orders from inventory, tracking orders in our database, unloading trucks, stocking shelves, processing returns, re-packaging of items, and moving inventory between distribution centers.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSReview order slips, and pack hats and other related items into proper boxes in a careful and precise manner;Attach additional labeling as necessary to boxing to ensure accurate shipments;Palletize and wrap large shipmentsAccurately update inventory in database;Pull inventory from shelves, and prepare for shipment;Assist in unloading trucks, occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.Restock shelves as necessary;Repackage returned items and track in inventory;Other duties/tasks as assigned.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
