Think of us as your at-home hairapist, here to empower self-expression + bring joy to your haircare experience. all hair is welcomeTM.the job:as amika's influencer marketing intern, you will be responsible for assisting the influencer team in community growth inclusive of building our influencer, brand ambassador, + stylist communities, relationship building, surprise + delight moments, creator seeding, mailer calendar support, list building, event planning, + more. you will support day-to day responsibilities while working cross-functionally with amika's social, marketing, paid media, creative, operations + accounting teams to ensure all designated assignments are executed + delivered to the relevant team(s).location: brooklyn, ny (onsite 3 days a week. must have the right to live and work in the US)hourly rate: $17 per hourhours: 40 hours per weekduration: 6 monthsstart date: May, 26th 2026what you'll do:this is a dynamic, hands-on role offering exposure to all facets of brand marketing - from campaign strategy, sampling initiatives, + community building to event execution and retail support.assist with influencer discovery and recruitment for campaigns while working to build out amika's influencer communitiessupport team with community initiatives inclusive of events, TYB (Try Your Best) challenges + community management, mailers, campaigns, and moreassist with brainstorming, managing and executing mailers, including support with managing design submissions, targeted influencer lists, shipping and tracking resultssupport the team with execution of campaigns, product launches, surrounding amika's evergreen + new product focusesadmin support including order fulfillment and tracking, product closet management, Tribe organization, etc.assist with monthly reporting + campaign creation and tracking via Tribecompile competitive research of influencer activations, trends and mailersmust haves:currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related fieldgenuine enthusiasm for the beauty industry and the global marketthrives in dynamic, high-energy environments that are constantly evolvingproactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and contributestrong written and verbal communication skillsexcellent time management and organizational skillsdetail-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyfast learner with strong problem-solving skillsworks well in a collaborative setting and is equally effective when working independentlyfamiliar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointprior experience in influencer marketing a plusready to apply?
