They must have, or be eligible for, licensing in Minnesota.Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare settingStrong understanding of clinical operations across multiple service lines (LTC, Home Health, Inpatient, Outpatient)Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in person
