Training Supervisor

We invest in the development of each employee through comprehensive training, a competitive total compensation package that includes benefits (medical, dental, and vision insurance), tuition reimbursement, health and wellness programs, work-life balance initiatives, and opportunities for career advancement.The Ohio Department of Taxation is seeking to fill one (1) Training Supervisor position in the Organizational Development Division.What You'll do as a Training Supervisor:Lead and oversee a team of Training Development Analysts responsible for the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of employee training and development programs for approximately 800 employees.Manage leadership and professional development initiatives, including the Ohio Leadership Boot Camp and Professional Skills Inventory program, to support employee growth, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.Ensure departmental training programs, policies, and procedures are administered consistently and fairly while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and operational requirements.Coordinate and support a variety of employee learning activities, including CPR certification training, team-building programs, and specialized ad hoc training initiatives for divisions and work groups across the organization.Collaborate with department leadership and stakeholders to identify workforce development needs, improve training strategies, and promote a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement.To request a reasonable accommodation due to disability for the application or interview process, please contact ADA Coordinator J.D.
