We support entrepreneurs, startups, and growing businesses across technology, advanced manufacturing, and small business development.The RoleMarketing Coordinator to support our programs and brand.This role is design-forward. You will also support general marketing efforts, including, but not limited to, social media, email, events, and campaigns.What You Will DoGraphic DesignDesign graphics for social media, email, website, and printBuild and maintain branded templates across YBI programsCreate event materials, signage, and sponsor assetsKeep our visual brand consistent across all channelsMarketing SupportSchedule and post social media content across YBI channelsSupport email campaigns and newslettersHelp maintain website contentCoordinate assets across internal teams and programsWhat We Are Looking ForRequiredDegree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldA portfolio showing real design workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or CanvaAbility to juggle multiple projects and move quicklyPreferredSome experience with photography or video, even from coursework or personal projectsFamiliarity with short-form video and social content formatsBasic knowledge of social media and email marketingHow to ApplySend your resume and a portfolio link or work samples to jsprowl@ybi.orgApplications without a portfolio will not be reviewed.
