This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with room for growth based on skill level and performance.ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical assembly of traffic-related equipmentAssemble components, sub-assemblies, and hardware partsFollow assembly instructions, blueprints, and work ordersUse hand and power tools safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized work areaOperate a forklift as requiredSkill Levels & AdvancementMultiple assembler levels are available, each with increasing skill requirements and independenceCandidates will be hired at a level that matches their current experienceOpportunities to advance to higher assembler levelsCandidates with electrical and computer skills may advance to Assembly Technician rolesRequirementsPrior mechanical assembly experience preferredForklift experience requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to meet production standards and deadlines
