Data Conversion Specialist

Job Description: Analyze and map data from the old system to the new oneDevelop and implement data conversion plansDesign and execute data validation and testing processesEnsure data quality and integrity throughout the data conversion processCollaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments to define and prioritize data conversion requirementsResearch and evaluate new data conversion technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvementMentor and train other team members on data conversion best practicesCommunicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress and statusRequirements: Ten (10) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in data analysis, mapping, and migration between legacy and modern systemsDeveloping and implementing comprehensive data conversion plansDesigning and executing data validation and testing processesEnsuring data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout conversion projectsCollaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional departments to define and prioritize data conversion requirementsPrior experience with LADOTD data or other similar state applications (desirable)Experience with data conversion tools, ETL platforms, and scripting languages (desirable)Benefits: Health insurancePaid time offTraining & development
