We believe great results come from rigorous thinking, aligned approach, and a commitment to doing what is right for clients.About the RoleThe Senior Operations Analyst is responsible for executing a broad range of operational processes, owning complex workflows, implementing and maintaining software solutions and contributing to the continuous improvement of operational infrastructure. This role plays a key part in enhancing team efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining adherence to firm policies and procedures.ResponsibilitiesOptimize a wide range of operational activities, including complex transactions, bulk asset movements, and firmwide account maintenance requestsPerform reconciliations across multiple systems, proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepanciesDevelop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures and workflow documentationIdentify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and scalabilityPartner with custodians and internal teams to resolve operational issues in a timely and effective mannerSupport the integration, implementation, and optimization of financial technology platformsAssist in building process flows, enhancing procedures, and developing reporting capabilities to support business needsRequired Qualifications2–5 years of experience in operations and/or process improvement, preferably within an RIA environment or other financial services organizationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailHighly organized with the ability to manage complex workstreams, maintain meticulous documentation, and ensure consistent follow-through across all responsibilitiesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting/modeling capabilitiesDemonstrated project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute across multiple concurrent initiativesProven ability to work independently while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionallyPreferred SkillsBachelor’s degree in preferred fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplineProficiency with Tableau, Python and HTMLExperience working with AI tools and technologies, including leveraging AI-assisted workflows to improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-makingPay range and Benefits$60,000 - $100,000 annual salary plus performance bonus and profit sharingComprehensive benefits package, including 401K, health, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous PTO (paid time off)Professional development opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive work environment fostering growth and innovationRelocation assistance is not offered for this role
