Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Vegas, NV for a Licensed Sales Producer. The Licensed Sales Producer will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying insurance needs, generating new leads, presenting tailored insurance solutions, and closing sales. The individual in this role will also deliver exceptional customer service, provide ongoing support to policyholders, and stay informed about insurance products and regulations. Additional responsibilities include participating in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Insurance-related practices and the ability to understand and communicate policy details effectivelyExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationshipsProven Sales experience, with the ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close dealsWillingness to participate in ongoing Training to stay informed about industry updates and improve professional skillsActive state insurance license (or willingness and ability to obtain one)Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skillsProficiency with digital tools and CRM systems is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred but not required
