With rapid growth and increasing transaction volume, they are building a scalable finance infrastructure to support the next phase of expansion.This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where finance plays a strategic role in shaping systems, processes, and decision-making.Why join us?Competitive compensationEquity upsideComprehensive healthcareFlexible work environmentJob DetailsWe are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing finance team and take ownership of core accounting functions while helping to build and optimize scalable processes.This role is ideal for someone coming out of a top public accounting firm who is excited to move into an operational, high-impact position within a fintech environment.You'll work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and play a key role in ERP selection and implementation, process improvement, and financial integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute key components of the month-end and year-end close processHelp streamline accounting workflows and improve existing processes for scalabilityPartner on ERP system selection and implementation, including design and optimizationCollaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial data flowPrepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reportsSupport audit processes and ensure compliance with GAAPAssist in developing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policiesAnalyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisionsContribute to building a strong, scalable finance function in a high-growth environmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA strongly preferred3–6+ years of experience, ideally from a top-tier public accounting firmStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reportingExperience with or exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite or similar preferred)Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environmentExcellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyStrong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetWhy This Role?High visibility and impact within a rapidly scaling fintech companyOpportunity to build and shape accounting infrastructure from the ground upExposure to both strategic and operational finance initiativesCollaborative environment working with diverse stakeholders across the businessIdeal transition role from public accounting into industryInterested in hearing more?
