Your Role as a Bridge & Structures Project Manager: Lead bridge and structures projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule. Cultivate strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities to support the firms continued growth. Mentor and manage project teams, providing technical guidance and oversight. Coordinate with regulatory agencies Lead client and stakeholder meetings Prepare proposals, supplements, reports, and feasibility studies. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subconsultants Review, certify, and seal design documents as required Keep Team Manager updated on project development Apply innovative design solutions to engineering challenges using cutting-edge tools and industry best practices.
