Description: Kitchen & Bath Designer Koopman LumberFull-TimePay: Based on experience and required licenses About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our team. This role combines consultative sales, creative design, and project coordination to deliver high-quality kitchen and bath solutions for our customers. You will guide customers from initial consultation through project completion, ensuring a seamless experience while driving sales and building long-term relationships. Best-in-class customer service is the number one objective. What You’ll Do Conduct consultative sales appointments to understand customer needs, budgets, and timelines  Measure job sites and develop accurate kitchen and bath designs  Create presentations, proposals, quotes, and design renderings  Use 2020 Technologies (or similar software) to produce detailed layouts  Develop accurate estimates and manage pricing and margins  Place vendor orders and manage special orders according to company procedures  Coordinate with customers, contractors, and installers throughout the project lifecycle  Monitor project progress and provide updates to ensure successful completion  Follow up with customers after project completion to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals  Prospect for new business and meet or exceed sales goals  What You Bring Strong consultative sales and customer service skills  Experience with kitchen and bath design (preferred)  Proficiency with 2020 Technologies or similar design software  Ability to read plans, take measurements, and create accurate layouts  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines  Effective communication skills   Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation structure including guaranteed salary period followed by commission  Comprehensive benefits package (subject to eligibility)  Growth and advancement opportunities within Koopman Lumber How to Apply Apply online at: Or contact:Benjamin Doyle-Pita, Recruiting Manager Koopman Lumber is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
