Job Title: Program ManagerLocation: Fremont , CA (Remote role) Duration: 6+ Months Mandatory Skills: Delivery, scope, risk, escalations; go-live ownership Job Description: 12+ years in data management delivery, 5+ leading MDM programmes on SAP transformation projects.Owns end-to-end delivery of the IDMC workstream for the S/4HANA go-live (Aug 2027): scope, schedule, risk, dependencies and escalations across LMV, SAP, BTP and infrastructure teams.Leads the gated transition from the incumbent (KT exit criteria, run book sign-off).Chairs weekly delivery review; represents HCL at monthly steering; owns the CR pipeline with declared schedule impact per change and the churn dashboard.Accountable for milestone gates M1–M9, cutover execution and hypercare exit.Strong client-facing presence; experience managing onsite/offshore teams of 10+; SOW/commercial governance experience essential.
