We specialize in small, community-based living arrangements that promote independence, empower choice, and prioritize person-centered care.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Administrator to oversee the daily operations of 1 or more of our residential facilities. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and high-quality care for the individuals we support.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring alignment with state and federal regulations.Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting, fiscal planning, and resource allocation.Implement and follow individualized service plans (ISPs) to support residents' unique needs and goals.Supervise qualified direct support staff.Foster positive relationships with residents, families, regulatory agencies, and community partners.Ensure staff compliance with licensing, training, and certification requirements.Promote a safe, inclusive, and person-centered environment for residents.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrator in an Adult Residential Facility (ARF) serving individuals with I/DD and/or experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT).
