Construction Project Coordinator

Job Summary As our Construction Project Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for customers while their dream home is under construction. The primary focus of this role is to provide end-to-end Project Management support for our Home Buyer customers. We are a seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to plan projects and oversee their progress in a timely and cost-effective manner. In this role, you will work within the Construction Team, yet will be individually responsible for the organization, implementation and scheduling of the 30+ active construction projects. This is a primarily administrative, in-office role that requires only infrequent visits to job sites. Success in this role requires a strong background in customer service, ideally in high-volume environments where frequent phone interaction is common. Attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve quickly are also important. Base salary + per completion bonuses. Responsibilities - Construction Project Management: Utilize Microsoft Office products and Procore Project Management tool. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. Accurately document all communications and updates in management tools. Collaborate with team members to ensure all necessary steps are completed smoothly and on time. Prepare internal reports pertaining to job statuses. Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and direct subcontractors support your project portfolio. Request updates from sub-contractor and customers on items requiring their input or action. Customer Communications: Maintain ongoing contact with customers via phone, email, and software. Provide clear and accurate updates on project status. Address and resolve customer concerns calmly and efficiently. Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all customer interactions. Job Requirements - Minimum 5 years of Construction Management experience in an office environment. Background in residential or commercial construction project management. Professional and confident telephone and interpersonal skills. Strong administrative background with excellent organizational skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Willingness to provide assistance and support to other team members as needed. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities. Must be adaptable and willing to take on other duties as assigned to support overall operations.
