As an Assistant Manager, you aren't just holding a clipboard; you are jumping on the grill during the lunch rush, helping the crew with prep, and making sure the close-out is done right. What You'll Do: Lead by Example: Master every station (Grill, Fries, Prep, Register) so you can train and support your crew effectively. Run the Shift: Manage breaks, handle customer issues, and ensure the restaurant stays clean and safe. Operational Excellence: assist the GM/AGM with inventory, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures. Reliable transportation (Driver's License preferred for management duties). Tolerance for a hot, noisy, and active kitchen environment.
