Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months, then eligible for full-time state conversion) | Full-time, 40 hrs/week About the Role SunSoft Online is seeking a Production Support Java Developer for a contract-to-hire opportunity with an Arizona state agency. You'll join a dedicated Production Support Team focused on system uptime, diagnosing complex production issues, and deploying critical patches and enhancements across critical ongoing systems. You'll work as a full-stack generalist across the application stack, automated testing, UI/controller logic, and back-end services and database operations, on a team of 4-7 technical peers. Required Experience Minimum 5 years in Information Technology Minimum 3 years developing Java web applications or web services Preferred / Plus Spring Batch, Spring Integration, Oracle PL/SQL, MyBatis, FileNet BDD/TDD, Cucumber, Selenium, Jasper Reports Atlassian Jira/Confluence Education and Eligibility Bachelor's degree highly desired (Software Development or IT preferred) Must be local to Phoenix (current location on resume), 100% onsite Must be eligible to convert to FTE; no visa sponsorship (now or in future) Available for an in-person interview within one week Able to start within two weeks of an offer HireRight background check and drug screening J-18808-Ljbffr
