Our 5+ team members report to the Director of Property Operations.The ideal candidate holds 2+ years experience as a Kitchen Mechanic or revelant experience with commercial kitchen equipment across various industries. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Maintain, monitor, repair and conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of kitchen equipment and machineryConduct scheduled and non-scheduled maintenancePerform equipment repairsRecord and report completed repairs in log book or property management systemRespond to team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipmentWhat are we looking for?Since being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
