At Gavia Lifecare Center, we are an OMH licensed outpatient mental healthcare center on the forefront of implementing integrated mental healthcare services independent of a large medical facility. We pride ourselves on providing high quality mental health counseling, medication management, and crisis services in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities:
Primary therapists expected to carry a caseload of approximately 45 clients providing individual and/or family counseling. This is a 32-40 hour per week position.
Requirements:
MS or MA in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required
LMHC (or limited permit eligible) or LMSW/ LCSW
1-2 years working with the ID/DD adult population
In depth understanding of ethical and theoretical considerations for counseling
Ability to sit, stand, and fulfill other job-related physical duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
