With continued growth across its product portfolio and supplier network, the organisation is investing in procurement operations to improve cost control, supplier performance, compliance, and material readiness.The Procurement Operations Manager will oversee global purchasing and supplier operations across component and finished goods vendors. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on ensuring accurate, on-time, compliant, and cost-effective supply across a fast moving innovation pipeline.The role will partner closely with Project Management, Supply Planning, Packaging, Product Development, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and AP to drive service, cost, and compliance excellence. This position does not lead supplier selection or contract negotiations, but provides the analytics, documentation, and operational execution that supports strategic sourcing decisions.Responsibilities - Procurement Manager:Manage vendor master price lists and ensure purchase orders reflect accurate pricing, quantities, lead times, commit dates, and IncotermsConduct weekly open order reviews and drive supplier commitment updatesManage 3-way match integrity across purchase orders, receipts, and invoices, resolving discrepancies with AP and suppliersMonitor purchase price variances against standards and identify key cost driversExecute vendor chargebacks for late shipments, labelling errors, quality issues, and other policy breachesCollect, track, and renew supplier compliance documentation including SDS, CoA, IFRA, INCI, REACH, Prop 65, FSC/PEFC, and ethical sourcing declarationsMaintain vendor and item master data including pricing tiers, MOQs, lead times, pack sizes, and change control recordsSupport specification, artwork, BOM, drawing, and vendor change notification reviewsRequirements - Procurement ManagerMinimum 5 years’ experience in procurement operations or sourcing executionExperience within consumer preferredBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related quantitative fieldStrong knowledge of PO management, 3-way match, PPV analysis, chargebacks, landed cost, and IncotermsKnowledge of import compliance, tariff exposure, HTS classification, and trade regulationsStrong ERP or MRP system experience, with Sage or Netstock preferredAdvanced Excel capability including pivot tables, lookups, and cost modellingHighly organised, analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced environmentStrong communication, follow-up, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration skills
