Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Jose, CA for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations. The Project Manager will also monitor construction progress, ensure quality control, troubleshoot challenges, and streamline logistics to meet project objectives effectively. Qualifications Strong expertise in Project Management with the ability to lead projects from inception to completion.Skills in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met efficiently.Experience in Logistics Management, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and resources to and from construction sites.Knowledge of Inspection processes to ensure projects meet quality standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in the construction industry or a related field is highly advantageous.
