This role leads, coaches, and supports the EventHost Team to deliver thoughtful, detail-oriented, and memorable experiences for guests.The Event Host Lead thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and maintains a calm, professional presence at all times.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESModel clear, respectful, and professional communication with guests, team members, and leadership.Ensure timely responses to guest needs and requests (within 5 minutes whenever possible).Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service across all event spaces.Support guest needs related to events, activities, room setups, and AV.Oversee organization and readiness of AV equipment.Lead daily Event Host huddles and support team alignment.Create and manage Event Host schedules.Prepare guest-facing materials including key packets, signage, and pre-scheduled guest communications.Track inventory and communicate ordering needs to appropriate team members.Coach team members through performance challenges and elevate concerns to leadership when needed.Performs successfully to Lone Rock's standards in the Event Host position (serving, food running, bussing, and hosting).Maintain a calm, solutions-oriented presence during escalated guest situations.Ensure compliance with break and labor policies.Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the guest experience.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dutyeffectively. Work may involve exposure to commonhospitality risks such as hot surfaces, liquids, and busy environments.WORK ENVIRONMENTWork is performed primarily indoors at a high-elevation mountain property.
