The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to attorneys, manage document preparation, maintain organized files, and handle correspondence. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, supporting case preparation, and ensuring adherence to legal protocols.QualificationsStrong administrative assistance skills, including scheduling, calendar management, and filingExcellent communication and organization skills to support effective correspondence and case managementDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling sensitive informationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management softwareBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experiencePrior law firm experience not required.
